The Softer The Noise

The Softer the Noise
The human race should speak with one voice, And that voice should be mine and mine alone. You may have an opinion about this, But speak swiftly as your voice is fading away, And on the other hand I will take no notice anyway.
The softer the noise, The better the party.
Wouldn't you agree that the evils of the world are based on words Spoken by someone other than you? Wouldn't you agree that all the things you say Are misinterpreted and used against you, Sooner or later, In one way or another? The fewer people speaking, And trying to understand the speech of others, The better the odds against unpleasant surprises.
The softer the noise, The better the party.
After careful and prolonged thought,
I have come to the following decision: One is the optimal number of opinions – The human race deserves a voice To speak for itself, And surely that voice should be mine.
The softer the noise, The better the party.
World without words, Except for mine. What would change? With my voice As the only voice, The single truth, The paragon of wisdom And virtue, Everyone would know where they stand Everyone would know who to listen to, And their lives would be easier than ever. All thanks to me.
The softer the noise, The better the party.
Think about it:
Savour the thought. Now act accordingly.

Owl is laughing no more.
And after all has been said and more than done, We stand tall and reign supreme: The final species. And the good news is: There is still plenty of protein left For us to consume.

Improvement
I was merciless in putting myself first
I respected no one and was feared and hated in return
None chose to approach me
Mentally or physically
One morning I noticed they had all begun to love me
My presence sweetened the entire room
My eloquence amazed them all
My work ethic was beyond compare
There was nothing I could not succeed in
Now I am forced to accept the fact: Death is the greatest leveller and it would have been in vain to do anything differently

The Championship
Even at such an tender age This Contender has achieved so much – Or at least he seems to think so. So much hype around him, So many veterans already taken down – And now he is ready to face the Champion.
The fight starts and the Champion dominates, But slowly The Contender picks up his pace, Adapting to the Champion’s style, Countering her every move, And soon gaining the upper hand.
The Contender lands low blow after low blow after low blow, And the Champion falls to her knees. Gloating, the Contender struts around the ring, Declaring absolute domination.
But just as they think it's all over, The Champion shows what she is made of – The very essence of her power, From which the Contender himself was born. Her nature changes from mother to destroyer, As she struggles to save herself and her children – And with a sudden, fatal blow, The fight is ended.
The outcome was no surprise to anyone, Except for the Contender.

Outro: A moment of silence and huge applauds
And there it was, the last of the bees, now gone.
